Thank you for taking the time to fill in our survey.

By filling out the survey you will be contributing to our employee evaluation process. Each of you will be evaluating several colleagues with whom you have shared day-to-day job responsibilities. Therefore there will be gathered different opinions about each of us, making the evaluation results more objective. This evaluation process is organized using so called 360 degree employee evaluation technique.

Objectives of the survey:
- Collect information from employees and managers about how they are evaluating the job performance of their colleagues and direct management.
- Promote mutual communication and exchange of information between employees and management.
- Recognize areas for improvement on the levels of management, departments or operations.
